WeightLoss Week 1
So I am going to try this again. After having Simon I joined Weight Watchers and lost 15 pounds in about 3 months. I thought that I could maintain that on my own. I was wrong. I gained it all back. So I am hoping to hold myself accountable thought my blog and everyone else's imput. So here I go again. I will be weighing in on Mondays. Starting Weight 199.5lbs (way to big). My first goal is 20lbs.
